27.6% ABV · Gin, vermouth, coffee-infused Campari

A Negroni with depth you did not see coming. Monmouth coffee beans, cold-infused through the botanicals, add a nutty, roasted undercurrent that makes everything more interesting.

15.0% ABV · Gin, Lillet Blanc, Myatt’s Lemon, Blue Curaçao, absinthe

Bright, citrus-forward, and genuinely reviving. The absinthe is already in the bottle, which is the detail that separates this from everything else like it.

A savoury Martini with the onion soaked through it rather than sitting in it. Dry, saline, and nothing to add.
